Tell Us About a Problem

Independent provider discussing septic tank access outside an older ranch home

Last updated: October 2026

Innoservsolutions Septic wants homeowners to receive fair and honest treatment when contacting us. Let us know when something goes wrong. This page describes how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns You Can Raise

You may tell us about:

  • Your experience reaching Innoservsolutions Septic by phone or another contact method
  • The handling of your personal information
  • Website information that seems confusing or incorrect
  • The behavior of a provider who received your referral

When the Concern Involves Work

Providers in our network operate independently. Their quotes, prices, work and customer service are their responsibility. For a problem with septic, sewer line or plumbing work, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly. Keep a written record of the issue and your discussions.

Please also tell us what happened. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Repeated shortcomings may result in a provider's removal. Innoservsolutions Septic cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or decide matters on the provider's behalf.

Details to Send

Submit your complaint to contact@innoservsolutions.help with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted Innoservsolutions Septic or the provider
  • The number dialed or form submitted, if you recall it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • A clear account of the problem and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Message

We will confirm receipt by email, generally within a few business days. We will look into the circumstances and may contact the provider as part of that review. Our reply will explain the findings and any action we are taking.

Asking for Another Review

If our response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You can also approach your state's consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. A state licensing board or local health department may help with concerns involving licensed plumbing or septic contractors.
